Volunteers

Again this year, the BFB&G requires all parents and/or guardians to assist with the organization. If your family chooses not to volunteer, BFB&G will assess your family a $25 per player fee at registration.

Volunteer Coaches

The BFB&G Board of Directors will choose a head coach per team at each level from all of the applications after March 19. That head coach will be required to attend our Coaches Meeting & Clinic to ensure consistency throughout the entire organization. Each head coach will then choose their assistant coaches at the draft by choosing the player connected to that assistant coach.

Concessions

The Concessions Coordinator will contact you in mid-May to schedule dates, times, and locations to work. One parent/guardian is required to work at least one time for each player in the program.

Umpire

The Umpire Coordinator will be in contact with you in mid-May, once each division has finalized their game schedules. Umpire training will be provided.

Team Parent

Once the teams have been divided, all coaches will get a list of the team parents and contact you about assistance with team management.

Team Sponsor

Our Board of Directors are collecting Sponsor Application Forms to help coordinate this process. All Sponsor Forms are due by Friday, April 9 to organize the ordering of the uniforms. Team Sponsorship is $200 and includes your company’s name on a team’s shirt.
